📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Carriers:
We deliver via the following trusted courier services:

  • J&T Express
  • Pos Laju
  • DHL eCommerce
    (We reserve the right to select the most suitable courier based on your location.)

Delivery Timeframe:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 business days
  • East Malaysia: 3–7 business days
    Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or for remote areas.

Shipping Fees:

  • Free shipping is available for orders over RM100 (West Malaysia only)
  • For orders below RM100, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund under the conditions below.

Eligible Return Cases:

  • Item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Received the wrong item
  • Item was damaged during delivery

Non-Eligible Cases:

  • Change of mind or accidental order
  • Used items or items not in original packaging
  • Requests made more than 7 days after item receipt

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at: fookokenterprise@hotmail.com
  2. Provide your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a description of the issue
  3. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions
  4. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the error was on our part
